Our Mission
To improve the health and nutrition of children participating in the Child and Adult Care Food Program by promoting the development of good eating habits. To support the goal of the Child and Adult Care Food Program, and to provide the best service to childcare providers in the community. To advance adolescent health, physical, social and emotional development through supports that bring development of capacities in people. To provide life enrichment training to members of the community, and to serve as a resource to social services agencies.
​About Us
​AnSo provides monthly food reimbursement, USDA approved meal planning, childcare referral assistance, support services for childcare home providers, USDA regulations and nutrition training, Illinois State Board of Education supportive training modules, Safe Child training, resources and referrals, and workshops to early childhood care providers, pre-school teachers and staff, small business owners and school organizations in Illinois.
